BSA PR & MARKETING FEES

BSA charges clients on an hourly rate. This rate is dependent on how many hours the client requires and what kind of activities are involved. No contracts are entered into unless expressly requested by the client.  If the relationship between client and BSA is not productive, it is our opinion that a contract serves no benefit to the parties.

It is recommended that in order to achieve the desired PR effect and objectives outlined in our initial proposal, that a minimum number of hours per month be spent on PR activities. For example, a retainer fee of $750 - $1000 per month, buys the client 12 - 16 hours of specific PR activities undertaken by BSA. In this way clients can set their own budgets, as daily detailed time sheets of what the expenditure is at any time are kept by BSA.  Although this is a flexible arrangement and all activities are reported on in detail at the end of each month in an itemized way, when the retainer is used up, the client will have the opportunity to either increase the budget or keep it stable. Some months may have more activity than the next, but each month clients are billed for work completed during that month. Fees are payable in advance for the first month and invoices are submitted to client at the end of each calendar month to justify activities and to re-invoice for the new month.
